If not, why not? Regardless, the next question to ask is, so what happens next? How do we get to the next level? Is it efficiency? Is it expansion? Is it time to do some internal work to enhance the quality of the company culture?

While you cannot spend time planning the business every day, taking time on a regular basis to hold your activity up against the back drop of a good plan and strong mission, vision, and values will keep you inspired, making good decisions, and moving in a positive direction.
